Solana Beach Towne Centre is a community open-air shopping center located in the heart of Solana Beach located just west of Interstate 5 on Lomas Santa Fe Drive. Ideally located in San Diego’s North County, this premier 246,730-square foot community center caters to the upscale communities of Solana Beach and Rancho Santa Fe and features over 50 shops, services and restaurants and services. The center is anchored by Marshalls, Sprouts Farmers Market, Staples, CVS Pharmacy, Dixieline and BevMo!.

Solana Beach Towne Centre was originally built in 1974 and added additional buildings in 1990. The city of Solana Beach has a population of over 13,000 and is situated within a 4 square mile beach community with the Pacific Ocean to the west, the City of Encinitas to the north, and the City of Del Mar to the south. The unincorporated village of Rancho Santa Fe is located on the east side.
